Oracle Notification Plugin (Framework)

Description

Oracle Notification plugin leverages Oracle SQL Server and its ability to send emails through an external SMTP server. It allows you to simplify the deployment by using your existing Oracle installation as an email gateway. Whenever you use Oracle Persistency plugin in a secure, firewalled environment, consider using this notification plugin as well.

This plugin works in two modes: internal and custom. In its internal mode, it uses Oracle UTL_MAIL package that has certain limitations. In custom mode, it uses UTL_SMTP package that fully supports SMTP authentication and security.
